I am a firm believer in consistency over intensity. Not every workout you do needs to leave you exhausted. In fact, if that is the case you may need to scale it back by incorporating a low-intensity steady state workout to your regime. I am all about putting in the work and getting it done! I am a sucker for a quick, but challenging workout. As a full time working mom, it is not standard practice for me to hit the gym for 1-2 hours like I might have at 22.
